About the role:
You’ll be working closely with the Agency Directors to maintain and strategically grow existing clients!
You will play a strategic and pivotal role to ensure that the clients needs at met in a timely and satisfactory way.
You will recommend solutions for SEO and Paid to drive a return on investment for the client.
General Job tasks and responsibilities
- Manage your accounts to ensure you consistently deliver amazing results!
- Ensure you respond to client questions, queries, or other from clients
- Conduct the necessary project management activities in order to ensure products/services are deliver to the required expectations
- Identify, develop and communicate relevant new product offerings to your team and clients
- Identify upcoming strategic opportunities
About you
You will have a passion for fostering and building solid relationships with your 30 or so clients. You will be conducting a range of account management duties such as brief interpretation, strategy development, budget generation and management, problem-solving.
You will have an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
You will possess collaborative leadership skills, strategic thinking skills, influencing skills, client facing skills, while also having strong written and verbal communication skills.
Key requirements
- You have the ability to successfully execute SEO, Paid Search campaigns, competitive analysis & develop plans to ensure achievement of sales results
- You have the skills to meet client needs and achieve revenue targets
- Develop and execute innovative, creative and strategic campaigns in line with clients expectations
- Be a key point of contact and manage external stakeholder relationships effectively and proactively
- Accountable for new client relationships, ensuring client agreements are mutually understood, executed and actively managed
- Financial management – including invoicing, forecasting and internal reporting
- Responsible for the development of agency customer success stories and case studies
- Preparation and execution of annual Key Account plans, ensuring strategic alignment between the client and the key accounts
- Develop strong relationships with key contacts across multiple portfolios
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, and provide recommendations on adoption where appropriate
- Demonstrate strategic thinking skills
- Solid presentation skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Suite
