A little about the role:

Our client is a well-established global software company that has thrived because of their continuous innovations for clients.

We are looking for a Product Specialist for a global software company, working closely with our Product Owners, Product Managers and other country stakeholders, to deliver state-of-the-art software products to our customers.

More specifically, you will:

  • Understand the company strategic and competitive position in the countries, working with regional teams and customers to define and deliver best in class, sustainable and competitive products
  • Drive and define company products country roadmap from a strategic, business-driven and hands-on perspective, combining feedback from local & regional teams, global product managers, customers and prospects and applying the Demand Management process
  • Monitor and support the execution of product initiatives through the entire lifecycle from defining the idea & use cases to the launch across countries & regions, with close collaboration with Product Managers and Product Owners
  • Work closely with the UX team to plan UX research activities and with the marketing team to leverage product collaterals such as presentations and sales material
  • Drive the rationalization of the country product portfolio, implementing the strategy needed for achieving the highest return on investment
  • Act as a primary point of contact and domain expert for your product area, country and similar use cases in the regions;
  • Evangelize the needs of the customers and the market to leaders and product teams around the globe
  • Collaborate with field sales, training and support teams to seek to understand our customers’ needs, their business, how success is defined, and ensure that we are exceeding expectations in delivery and developing valued solutions.
  • Measure customer satisfaction and analyse product performance to drive facts-based decisions

About you:

You will be someone who has a passion for tech with a good ability to develop SaaS. You will be a positive person who will contribute to my clients awesome culture.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with your clients and fellow employees are essential attributes if you are to be successful in this role.

Key requirements for role:

  • At least 3 years of product owner or product manager experience (preferably B2B software)
  • Strong written and communication skills in English
  • Outstanding prioritisation and time management skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities and pain-points through data and customers/stakeholders’ insights.
  • Excellent communication and team skills.  Can communicate requirements and goals efficiently to the teams involved, executives and costumers.
  • Proficient with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) Software Development frameworks
  • Web applications awareness in order to effectively manage requirements and features
  • Requires a BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent
