About the role:

If successful, you, alongside the Head of PPC and team, will help deliver cutting-edge, high-converting eCommerce campaigns across a range of sectors. We are looking for an individual who can bring experience and knowledge to the team that will allow us to diversify and fine-tune our paid offerings. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about paid media and data-driven campaigns and excited by the challenge of growing the PPC division of an organic, boutique agency.

General Job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Campaign builds & optimisation on Google Ads, Bing & other eCommerce marketing platforms to generate a positive ROI
    Setting up, managing & troubleshooting Merchant Centre accounts across all platforms
  • Troubleshoot and review analytics tools to improve data sets and identify areas of opportunity, respectively
  • Creating effective PPC strategies to maximise ROI from all platforms
  • Utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics to maximise performance
  • Initiating and Guiding Landing Page Strategies to Creative Teams
  • Assist the sales team in Strategy Pitching
  • Prepare analysis reports for clients every month and honestly communicate deficiencies and areas of opportunity.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 2 year’s experience working with paid search. You always focus on best practice, having deep knowledge and understanding of PPC to allow you to implement, optimise and analyse performance of campaigns including identifying future possibilities.

You will have a positive can-do attitude and like a fast-paced environment. You will also be looking for a genuine career opportunity with a company that has a history of rewarding and taking care of its staff.

Key requirements:

  • 2+ years of eCommerce advertising experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency or Front End Brand
  • Expertise with Google Ads is a must
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience using Excel is an advantage
  • Experience with Facebook business and ads manager is a bonus.
  • Google Ads and Analytic certified
  • Agile and able to adapt quickly, operating in a high growth business
  • A love of thinking outside the box and developing creative/innovative solutions
  • Analytical with an eye for insights
  • Agency experience is a must
  • You have excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organisation
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as a team
