Base salary:
$110K – $120K + super + perks!
Bonuses/perks:
- Additional paid leave days between Christmas and New Year – How many precisely please? 1 extra week paid – 5 days

Travel reimbursement:
Work travel km reimbursed ($.80 per km).
Hours of operation:
Full time, 38 hours per week, but would consider part time.
About the role and culture:
Reporting to the Director you will be working to maintain and grow both new and existing client relationships.
They are a a multidisciplinary allied health clinic in Truganina supporting children and families through psychology, occupational therapy, speech pathology, behaviour support and social work.

General Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Administer occupational therapy assessments, develop and implement therapy plans, under supervision as required
- Monitor, evaluate and review progress and therapy plans
- Develop resources to support the programmes
- Undertake appropriate professional development, including self-reflection
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic therapy programs
- If required, undertake research into case studies and examples
- Commitment to meeting client and organisational expectations
- Adopt and embrace the companies values and philosophy
- Ensure the environment is kept in a safe and hygienic state at all times
- Commitment to work as an effective team member
- Promote the company and it’s interests to the local and wider community
- Ensure all communication is completed in a professional and polite manner, to all internal and external stakeholders
About you:
As an Occupational Therapist you will deliver evidence-based, person-centred services that empower children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes. Using a combination of assessment, early intervention, therapeutic support and ongoing evaluation, you’ll develop individualised strategies that enhance participation and independence.
Working within our collaborative multidisciplinary team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, expand your clinical skills through dedicated supervision and professional development, and help shape innovative services.
We’re looking for a compassionate, curious clinician with excellent communication skills, a commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practice, and a genuine passion for continuous learning and improving the lives of the people they support.
Key requirements:
- Punctual, reliable and committed.
- Have 2+ years OT experience.
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Have transport and drivers license.
- Clear, personable and professional communication, both written and spoken to internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Good computer skills required for the company practice management software.
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously.
