This role is open to people who are looking to get into real-estate or are already in real-estate!

Remuneration:

Base Salary $55,000 (plus super) $90K OTE + phone + kilometers 

Until REIQ Salesperson Certificate is completed (part of probation requirements) paid by company. It will take about a month to do this.

Once the REIQ Salesperson Certificate is obtained your base will be below. 

If you already have the REIQ Salesperson Certificate your starting salary is below.

Base Salary $65,000 (plus Super$90K- $100K OTE + phone + kilometres as you already have the REIQ Salesperson Certificate.

They are based in a open office (with room to grow) to provide my client with lots more space so they can increase our staff levels to achieve our growth plans. The office is based in Miles.

About the role:

The Sales Consultant role is more specifically directed towards providing expert property advice and valued customer service in relation to the broader market in general as well as specific details tailored to individual properties and their relevant owners.

Whilst they are to perform within a team environment and liaise with other administration and management personnel they are; ultimately, responsible for all aspects of the sales process.

This includes but is not limited to – initial client contact, appraisal, listing, inspection, contract and settlement process.

General Job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Understanding and assessing client needs and providing suitable solutions
  • Managing potential buyers, following up leads and achieving expected sales targets
  • Providing customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
  • Setting appointments, undertaking property appraisals, arranging listing presentations, etc as required to achieve relevant performance criteria.
  • Accurate completion of relevant statutory and market documentation
  • Organising marketing (including photography), collecting advertising money, liaising with relevant media channels, OFI’s and other property inspections
  • Accurate and timely contract preparation and administration
  • Working with finance brokers to assist customer with finance solutions
  • 100% utilisation and compliance with CRM
  • Following and compliance to the sales process and timelines

About you:

You may be looking to get into real-estate sales or already working in real-estate sales. You will be someone who has a passion for real-estate. You will be a positive person who will contribute to my clients awesome culture.

You will have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with your clients and fellow employees are essential attributes if you are to be successful in this role.

Key requirements:

  • Adequate sales experience (Can be looking to get into real-estate sales or already working in real-estate sales)
  • You have your own vehicle.
  • Has extensive experience in building relationships with potential clients via cold calls, networking and other forms of communication
  • Has developed and implemented new sales strategies (Product/Service or other) to increase new client revenue
  • A sound understanding of current trends and consumer requirements
  • High levels of enthusiasm, energy and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent planning, organisation and computer skills
  • High degree of accountability and attention to detail
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • Common Office packages and ability to adapt and learn to new software packages
  • Systematic approach to sales processes
  • Excellent interpersonal/telephone skills and intuition
  • Ability to generate ideas for business improvement
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Persistent approach to time management
  • Strong dispute resolution skills
