About the role:

We are looking for the newest team member of our team to play a pivotal role of a Recruitment Consultant.

You will have an important role in finding and screening the best people for our clients. As we have a large client base you will work with clients in a consultative way to assist them with their resourcing requirements.

More specifically, you will:

• Forge amazing relationships with clients and candidates
• Conduct the critical business activities around talent sourcing, screening candidates to ensure they meet the key criteria required by our clients
• Interacting with a variety of other stakeholders to conduct reference checks, portfolio checks and others
• Coordinate with other team members and clients
• Work with the team to continuously drive process and organisational improvement

You will be detail orientated, have exceptional time management, and the ability to handle shifting priorities and deadlines. You must have experience in shortlisting and talent resourcing.

Key requirements:

• Ideally you will have 2 + years of experience in an external recruitment agency or have worked as a talent resourcing specialist internal recruiter
• Must have proven skills in talent sourcing
• A high degree of customer service skills and experience to interact with clients and candidates in a professional manner
• Able to handle multiple deadlines and priorities through effective time management in order to deliver on clients expectations
• A proven history of conducting end to end  recruitment activities to a high degree of accuracy
• Able to adhere to systems and processes, but always with one eye to improving them
